Return Policy
iSystems will always work with the client to have a good relationship. Refund will be granted only if the product or the service is in the list of refundable products/services*. This is decided individially for each product or service depending on the nature of its business. Refunds will incur a 20% charge.
Before refund iSystems will try to replace the product/service to help the client.
* Refundable products/services; Hardware, networking materials, non working products,
* Non Refundable products/services: Yearly Domain Registrations, Yearly Hosting Solutions and Website updates that are agreed by client.
Custom work will be treated differently; our time cannot be recovered once spent on a modification or update and this will be taken into account when considering any refunds. Similarly with hosting and domain; we incur time and third party cost at the point of service which we cannot recover if a refund is claimed.
